Do's
and Dont's
- DO
clean all footwear especially hiking
boots, Wellington boots and sports shoes.
- DO
clean all sporting equipment such as
golf clubs and skis.
- DO
thoroughly clean all gardening equipment
such as spades, forks and lawn mowers.
- DO
clean bicycles, especially the tyres.
- DO
make sure you are available in Perth
to Customs Clear and receive your personal
effects. (any delays can
prove very costly as quay rent is expensive)
- DO
ensure that your personal belongings
have been in your possession for at
least 12 months. Newly boxed TV’s and
stereo’s etc. may be subject to Customs
Duty.
- DO
let Perth Relocations take the stress
out of your move.

pack important documentation such as
Driving Licenses, Certificates for employment
and especially Passports, IT DOES HAPPEN!
- DON'T
pack any natural products such as Christmas
pine cones and wooden decorations.(offending
items will be destroyed by Quarantine)
- DON'T
pack any untreated wooden items
as they could be subject to fumigation
upon Quarantine inspection. This will
be done at your expense.
